Word Sharp - Custom Backgrounds by Jess Horton 2008 www.zerosoftgames.com

Making your own custom backgrounds is very easy to do. Follow the guidelines listed here. If you don't follow the guidelines the game
may be distorted or simply not work. I encourage you to first back up the files in the background folder in case you make a mistake.
Don't just move them cause the game needs all six files to run correctly. You will get an error if the files don't exsist, are not in the proper
format, or don't have the correct names. So with that I say get to customizing because it's fun and makes the game more personal to you.

1. There are two files needed. Both files should be in 256 color ( greyscale ) mode. This is because the both files are actually overlaid
on top of the procedural gradient background. They should also be as bright as possible without losing the image definition.

2. The first file is the actual background. This file must be in jpg format with a resolution or size of 1024x768.

3. The second file is the sprite which displays on the game menu. This file must be in gif format with a resolution or size of 150x100.

4. Finally just make sure you overwrite the files accordingly. Your custom files must keep the same names that are listed here.
